BEGINNERS TO FITNESS
INTRODUCTORY COURSE FOR BEGINNERS
Want to get fit but don't know where to start? Does the gym intimidate you?
Come along for a 4 consecutive week course that will show you everything you need to know & break down the barriers stopping you from becoming your best and fittest self!
Our supportive, inclusive and vibrant community is packed with people of all fitness levels who all started from somewhere, so come & join us.
Each week we will cover a different aspect of kit you'd see in the gym and use in classes & help you understand the various ways you'd use these whilst laying foundations for good mechanics for movement.
You'll be introduced to a new piece of kit, all the movements you may do with that kit, have a chance to try it out & ask questions whilst the coach gives you some 1-2-1 assistance in a small group.
