Movement Add-On
THIS MEMBERSHIP AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS
This membership is the way you can combine regular Movement Training sessions with your Semi-PT workouts.
In Movement Training, we look deeply into what's going on under the surface - whether that be a lack of flexibility, and injury or a weakness, we have these movement sessions to work on improving these issues in isolation which means that we don't have to worry about them in your workouts.
All memberships include one of these each month, to maintain current function and range of movement, but in order to make improvements to your function, flexibility, stability or and injury, regular movement training is necessary.
This package is for those that wish to make such improvements and offers you an extra 3 Movement Training sessions each month, to total up 4 sessions each month or roughly one every week (give or take).

This membership package gives you 3 Movement Training sessions each month and works on a monthly contract, billing every month, and recycles after every month.
To stop this membership from renewing, simply inform your coach prior to the next monthly cycle.
Bookings & Cancellations work just the same as any normal Semi-PT session.

Nutrition Coaching Add-On
THIS MEMBERSHIP AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS
This is your way to combine regular Nutrition Coaching sessions with your Semi-PT workouts.
In Nutrition Coaching, we look into the depths of your nutrition.
All memberships include basic nutrition guidelines, but our members often benefit from a closer look into their nutrition. This means they can have more confidence in what they're consuming and what effects it has on their health, fitness and training goals.
This package is for those that wish to make such improvements and offers you a Nutrition Coaching session each week, for a minimum of 4 weeks.
The billing comes out once every 4 weeks, and automatically renews for another 4 weeks at each 4 week cycle (like most memberships we have).

Private Training Add-On
This membership automatically renews.
This membership is Semi-PT Membership Add-On, meaning it can only be purchased within conjunction of a Semi-PT Membership, and will expire when the Semi-PT Membership expires.
Once purchased, it can be used once per month to book onto a Private Training session, available on the regular schedule.

Those purchasing this membership will benefit from a private training session with their assigned Fitness Coach, to experience the devoted attention and extensive skill of their coach. The session content will be planned in advance by your Fitness Coach, to focus on specifically what you will benefit most from having the 1-to-1 time.
Within this session, you'll have the opportunity to explore and establish best practices for help you achieve what you set out to, discussing topics such as nutrition, mobility, injuries, motivation, lifestyle, sleep, stress and performance.
