PART A – Terms And Conditions
Paid In Full Packages
(24 months for the price of 20)
(12 months for the price of 10)
(6 months for the price of 5)
The paid in full package period is from the date of the first session booked. The Packages Fee is there to provide access to all your bootcamp programmed sessions. These sessions are defined as large group training (LGT)
The following prices apply:
24 month packages - £1740
12 month packages - £870
6 month packages - £470
N.B - You are paying JCFULLBODYFITNESS LTD for the services as outlined in this agreement. In the event that you do not use the services, you will still be responsible to make payment for the full term as agreed above.
Refund Policy:
Packages: If you’re having trouble with your new programme or believe it needs to be altered in some way, please email JCFULLBODYFITNESS LTD immediately to speak to one of our team.
Large Group Training Includes the following:
A large group training session with a training programme for each day that you attend, in person.
Assigned Coach
There is no carryover from week to week, or month to month if members miss training sessions. Members have 1 week only to attend their weekly training sessions that they are programmed for.
Large-Group Training sessions last 60 minutes. If members are late for a session, the warm-up will be modified by either decreasing the number of rest intervals between sets or by reducing the number of sets for that given day so that the session is completed before the next group starts.
Packages freezes for holidays / time away are not permitted.
Team Training includes the following:
Group training with a training programme for each day that you attend, in person.
Assigned Coach
Access to unlimited Team Training session per week.
Team Training sessions last 60 minutes, or 45 minutes for lunch time sessions, If members are late for a session, the warm-up will be modified by either decreasing the number of rest intervals between sets or by reducing the number of sets for that given day so that the session is completed before the next group starts.
Packages freezes for holidays / time away are not permitted – everything we do is habit-based, follow the healthy habits we teach you and you’ll continue to get great results, even when not in the bootcamp.
Choosing To Ending your Packages
You are welcome to cancel your packages programme at any time however you will still be liable for the full initial investment for the period of the programme chosen.
Any monies paid will be retained by JCFULLBODYFITNESS LTD. We Are Group JCFULLBODYFITNESS LTD has a strict no refund policy.
JCFULLBODYFITNESS Cancelling your Packages
We will not tolerate our staff or other members being verbally abused or intimidated or being physically threatened. If we find this to be the case, we have the right to report you to the police, to ban you immediately and permanently from the bootcamp and to cancel your entire packages.
We may also cancel your entire packages in the following circumstances:
If you break or repeatedly break the terms of this Packages Agreement or the bootcamp rules as set out in part B and you do not or cannot put it right within seven days of us writing to you about it.
If we receive any complaint about your behaviour or if you persistently behave inappropriately, or if we believe that your continued packages is not in the interests of other members of the bootcamp, we reserve the right to suspend or end your packages.
If we cancel your packages for any reasons set out above, we have the right to keep a proportion of the money you have paid under this agreement to cover any reasonable costs we have had to pay.
From time to time, we will need to contact you about your packages, so it is important you let us know if your address or email address, contact phone number or email address changes.
PART B – Rules and Regulations for Using our Bootcamp
General health and safety
Your safety is our main priority.
If you suffer an accident or injury with our bootcamp, you must report it and the circumstances under which it happened to a member of staff immediately. You will be asked to fill out an accident report form.
For legal and health reasons, you must not smoke while attending the bootcamp.
While you are at the bootcamp, we expect you to behave appropriately, respectfully, and politely, and dress appropriately at all times.
We can prevent you from entering the bootcamp or ask you to leave if we think that your behaviour or appearance is not suitable.
Bootcamp Rules (PLEASE READ)
1) If you are ill/injured you can’t train and will need to leave the bootcamp
2) We simply cannot bend the rules, please don’t ask.
3) Autonomy is key to your success, take responsibility.
4) Don’t let a bad day become a bad workout.
5) A strong community is the start, we rise together.
6) Two-way feedback is a gift, treasure it.
Personal Belongings
You bring all personal belongings to the bootcamp at your own risk. We do not accept legal responsibility for any loss or damage to these items.
If you find lost property, you must hand it into one of the coaches.
Bookings
We operate a booking policy for all packages. You must book your sessions.
Our agreement with you is for access to the number of sessions as specified in this agreement and in your programme. If you cannot attend all the sessions during the month for any reason, they will NOT be carried over to the next month. The sessions are a big part of what we do, but it’s even more important to focus on what you’re doing for the other 23 hours of the day (the habits we teach you).
We operate a sign in system for sessions and keep a record of the number of sessions attended.
If you cannot attend your session that you are booked onto you must cancel the sessions within the 12-hour window by using the app.
If you fail to cancel your session, we reserve the right to treat that session as attended and it is at our sole discretion whether to rearrange.
We may change our booking terms and conditions from time to time and we will tell you about any changes.
Any member must use the bootcamp in accordance with the advice provided by any representative of the gym and/or notices displayed.
A member must not abuse the bootcamp and the member will be responsible for any wilful damage or damage caused by negligent use.
The member and all persons covered by this Packages Agreement are required to behave in a reasonable and courteous manner so as not to be offensive or cause disturbance to the quiet enjoyment of the bootcamp by other Members and/or their guests.
Packages may be terminated for violation of the bootcamp rules or for conduct reasonably deemed by us to be detrimental to the welfare, good order or character of the gym and its members.
Consent
We often take pictures and videos in the bootcamp, if you really don’t want any pictures or awesome videos of your progress let us know.
