Warrior Golf Fit – 40-Hour Golf Simulator Package
1. Membership Access and Package Overview
The Warrior Golf Fit 40-Hour Simulator Package provides the purchasing individual with full access to 40 one-hour simulator sessions at Warrior Golf Fit, operated by the Brave Functional Fitness Association (BFFA).
This package includes full BFFA membership for the purchasing individual, valid for the entire 3-month package duration.
Sessions must be used in 1-hour blocks; partial sessions cannot be carried over.
The package is valid for three (3) months from the date of purchase.
Sessions may be used individually or shared with up to three (3) additional participants per session, provided all guests are pre-registered.
2. Guest Participation
The package holder is considered a full member of BFFA during the validity period.
Each session allows a maximum of four (4) participants, including the member.
All accompanying participants must be registered in advance as Guest Members of BFFA and must complete any required waivers before accessing the facility.
Guest membership is session-specific and does not confer full BFFA member privileges.
3. Booking and Payment Instructions
Payment for the package must be made in full before the first session.

4. Session Use and Equipment Requirements
Each session is strictly limited to 1 hour. Start and finish times are fixed; late arrivals will not result in extended time.
The simulator is currently configured for right-handed play only.
The member and guests must bring their own golf clubs.
Golf balls are provided by Warrior Golf Fit for use during the session.
All participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before the session for check-in, safety briefing, and form review if not already completed.
5. Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Policy
Sessions must be booked in advance via the official booking system.
Bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 1 day (24 hours) in advance without penalty.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of that session hour.
Warrior Golf Fit reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to operational needs, maintenance, or system issues.
6. Conduct and Safety
All members and guests must adhere to Warrior Golf Fit’s safety rules and guidelines.
Inappropriate conduct or equipment misuse may result in session cancellation and possible suspension of booking privileges.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult member and supervised at all times.
7. Health Declaration and Liability Waiver
By using this package, the purchaser and guests confirm they are in suitable physical health to participate in simulator-based golf activity.
Participation is at your own risk.
Warrior Golf Fit, BFFA, and affiliated staff are not responsible for injury, loss, or damages incurred during use of the facilities.
8. Package Validity and Expiry
The package is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
Unused hours will expire at the end of the 3-month period and are non-refundable.
The package does not auto-renew. A new package must be purchased to continue usage beyond the expiry date.
9. Privacy and Image Use
Member and guest data is managed in accordance with BFFA’s privacy policy.
Photos or videos taken during sessions may be used for promotional purposes, with respect for personal privacy and community spirit.
