Warrior Golf Fit – 10-Hour Golf Simulator Package
1. Membership Access and Package Overview
The Warrior Golf Fit 10-Hour Simulator Package grants the purchasing individual full access to 10 one-hour simulator sessions at Warrior Golf Fit, operated by the Brave Functional Fitness Association (BFFA).
This package includes full membership to BFFA for the individual purchaser, valid for the duration of the package.
Each session is limited to one hour, and the package is valid for two (2) months from the date of purchase.
Sessions must be used in 1-hour blocks; partial-hour usage is not permitted.
Sessions may be booked for individual or group use (up to 4 participants), provided all participants are pre-registered.
2. Guest Participation
The purchasing individual holds full membership to BFFA for the duration of this package.
All additional participants (up to 3 guests per session) are required to sign up in advance as Guest Members of BFFA.
Guest registration and waiver completion must be done prior to the session and is required for every use of the facilities.
3. Booking and Payment Instructions
Payment must be made in full prior to the first session.

4. Session Details and Equipment Requirements
Right-handed players only – the simulator currently supports only right-handed use.
Participants must bring their own golf clubs.
Golf balls are provided by Warrior Golf Fit.
Each booking allows a maximum of 4 people per session, including the member.
Start and finish times are fixed; sessions cannot be extended due to late arrival or early check-in.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, sign any required waivers (if not already completed), and receive a safety briefing.
5. Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellations
All sessions must be booked in advance through the designated booking system.
Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 1 day (24 hours) in advance without penalty.
Cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of that hour.
Warrior Golf Fit reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to equipment maintenance or operational needs.
6. Conduct and Safety
All users must treat the facility, equipment, and other participants with respect.
Failure to comply with safety protocols or instructions may result in removal from the session and potential loss of membership privileges.
Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult member at all times.
7. Health Declaration and Liability Waiver
By purchasing this package, the member confirms they are physically capable of using the simulator.
Participation is at the member’s and guest's own risk.
Warrior Golf Fit, BFFA, and their staff are not liable for injury, damage, or personal loss occurring during use of the facilities.
8. Package Expiry and Renewal
The 10-hour package is valid for 2 months from the date of purchase.
Unused hours will expire at the end of this period and are non-refundable.
The package does not auto-renew. A new package must be purchased to continue use beyond the expiration.
9. Privacy and Image Use
Member and guest data are handled according to BFFA’s privacy policy.
Participation in sessions may be recorded or photographed for marketing purposes, in a respectful and appropriate manner.
