Warrior Golf Fit – Walk-In Session (1 Hour)
1. Membership Access and Session Overview
The Warrior Golf Fit Walk-In Session provides access to a 1-hour golf simulator booking for one individual member, with the option to bring up to three (3) additional participants. This booking is valid for a single session only.
The purchasing individual is granted full BFFA membership for the duration of the session.
All additional participants (guests) must register in advance as Guest Members of the Brave Functional Fitness Association (BFFA) and agree to the facility's guest terms.
Sessions are limited to 1 hour and are booked in fixed time slots.
2. Guest Participation
Each session may include a total of up to 4 people (1 primary member + 3 guests).
All guest participants must complete guest registration and waiver forms prior to using the facility.
Guest access is limited to the booked session only and does not include full membership privileges.
3. Booking and Payment Instructions
Full payment is required prior to the scheduled session.

4. Session Details and Equipment Requirements
The session is strictly 1 hour long. Start and finish times are fixed and cannot be extended, even if participants arrive late.
The simulator is currently set up for right-handed play only; left-handed use is not supported at this time.
Participants must bring their own golf clubs.
Golf balls are provided by Warrior Golf Fit for use during the session.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, complete any required forms, and receive a safety briefing.
5. Rescheduling and Cancellations
Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 1 day (24 hours) in advance without penalty.
Cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
Warrior Golf Fit reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions for operational or maintenance reasons.
6. Conduct and Safety
All participants must adhere to safety protocols, facility rules, and staff instructions at all times.
Inappropriate behavior, misuse of equipment, or non-compliance may result in termination of the session and refusal of future access.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult member.
7. Health Declaration and Liability Waiver
By participating, all members and guests confirm they are in good physical health and capable of safely using the simulator.
Use of the facility is at your own risk.
Warrior Golf Fit, BFFA, and affiliated personnel accept no responsibility for injuries, accidents, or personal property loss incurred during use.
8. Privacy and Image Use
Member and guest data will be processed in accordance with BFFA’s privacy policy.
Photos or video may be taken during sessions for promotional use, with respect for participant privacy and dignity.
