Mum and baby yoga is suitable for adults with babies from birth to crawling. These classes are essential support for new mums.

Breathing, singing, movement, and relaxation, yoga for mums and babies. Each session is different, as they are completely baby led. Join us to learn practices to help baby and mummy bond, stretch/strengthen and relax after birth. Post-natal yoga helps support our core function and ease out the aches and pains from being a mum.

Sessions will be held online via zoom, occasionally meeting up outside weather permitting. Please see confirmation email for details.

Zoom Yoga

You will need a safe space to participate in class, make sure there is room around you to move your arms and legs without hitting anything and injuring yourself. You will need a yoga mat, blanket and pillow. You may also need a yoga block, or suitable replacement, yoga strap a tie/scarf could work.
