Inner Strength

In this workshop will dive into our inner strength- inside and out. We will touch on some bits of anatomy, mix in some cyclical wisdom and “I wish I’d known that” topics. Exploring through our yoga practice that which gives us inner strength, physically and mentally. 

Expect 

- a discussion about core and cyclic wisdom 

- to learn more about your body than when you arrived 

- a strong physical movement practice 

- a deep relaxation 

- breathing practices 

- cups of tea

- to leave stronger and inspired

- a baby on my support team- (babes in arms welcome)

This if for you if you- need more confidence, have or ever had incontinence issues, prolapse, questions about your pelvic floor, want better posture, have had a baby, or never had a baby, if you have tight hips, or low back problems, if you have diastasi recti.
