Family Yoga Game Time

Family Yoga Game Time!  Yoga is non-competitive, everyone will be encouraged to participate and co-operate in our family yoga game time session.  There will be a warm up, followed by a few inclusive games And of course relaxation!  Everyone loves to play and everyone will win!  Join us for this playful, game themed yoga session.  

You are welcome to wear whatever you like- super hero costumes, or your usual yoga gear.

Cullingworth Village Hall is a very big space, windows will be open, but space will be limited to allow for distance between families.  Please bring your own yoga mats, there will be a few spare available.
