Foundations is our structured 28-day introduction designed to help new members start training at TILT the right way.
You’ll begin with a 1-to-1 session where we assess your movement, discuss your goals, and introduce you to the key exercises and training methods we use.
From there you’ll move into our small group training sessions, supported by a coach and training buddy, allowing you to build confidence, learn the movements properly, and settle into the TILT environment.
By the end of the programme you’ll be ready to transition into our full 3-sessions-per-week membership and continue progressing within the TILT community.
