This membership is charged monthly and will automatically renew each month unless cancelled in accordance with TILT’s cancellation policy.

The first payment may be pro-rated based on the number of days remaining in the current billing period.

Membership includes access to the services and benefits associated with the Small Group Membership package as advertised by TILT. Access to specific services, facilities, classes, timetables and membership benefits may vary and may be amended from time to time.
Memberships are non-transferable. Payment details will be stored securely for the duration of the membership.


Annual Membership Fee Increase;
To support continued investment in coaching, facilities, equipment and member experience.
Membership fees will increase by 6% on 1 February each year.
The revised membership fee will automatically apply from the member’s first billing date occurring on or after 1 February each year.


Changes to Services and Terms;
TILT reserves the right to amend membership terms, policies, timetables, class schedules, facilities, services and membership benefits from time to time where reasonably required for the operation, improvement and development of the business.
Any updated terms shall take effect from the date they are published or otherwise communicated to members.


Exceptional Fee Reviews;
Whilst membership fees are subject to the annual increase outlined above, TILT reserves the right to review and amend membership fees at any time where reasonably necessary due to exceptional increases in operating costs, taxation, regulatory requirements, economic conditions or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Any such adjustment shall apply from the date determined by TILT.
