Foundations Course
The Foundations course is an introduction to the foundational movements and techniques of CrossFit. It’s made up of 3 classes working in a small group.
Over the 3 classes we'll teach you the language of CrossFit, the fundamental movements, Olympic lifting techniques and will get you working safely. Each class will end with a workout that will put your new skill to the test. This gives you a better understanding of how we run the sessions and helps prepare you for when you start to integrate with the team and get to know our coaches.
The course costs £100 to do a small group, or you can do the course 1 on 1 with a coach for £150 (please email us to arrange)
Small group classes run on a Monday at 19:30, Wednesday at 19:30 and Thursday at 19:30
