Whether you’re a complete novice or looking to refine your technique, this 5-week course is perfect for you. Our expert coach—an Olympian, national record holder, and international trainer—will guide you through the fundamentals, helping you build strength and confidence.

What You’ll Learn:

Warm-up, Bar Drill, Squat, Deadlift

Muscle Snatch, Power Snatch (no Jump), Power Snatch (with Jump)

Snatch Balance, Full Snatch, Front Squat

Muscle Clean, Power Clean (no Jump), Power Clean (with Jump), Push Press

All Clean Movements, Push Press, Push Jerk (no Jump), Push Jerk (with Jump), Jerk
