- Video capture of your stroke from, head on underwater, birdseye view , underwater from both sides
- A post-session video summary of your strokes
- A report with key drills, including video demonstrations, and areas to focus upon.
- 50min of 1-2-1 coaching to improve your stroke.

This purchase goes well with the standard 1-2-1 Swim Technique session, where we can then begin to really get into improving your stroke permanantly.
