Learn how to encourage & motivate yourself with kindness & compassion, rather than criticism and judgment. Join us in a warm, accepting atmosphere to learn research-based practices to cultivate an attitude of open awareness and kindness. Discover how practicing Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC)  is  linked  to increased happiness, resilience, life satisfaction, optimism, and physical health, as well as reducing depression, anxiety, stress, shame and negative body image. The course concludes with an afternoon retreat Saturday, March 8, 1-5pm.
