FY Parent & Baby Yoga

PLEASE NOTE: This class is suitable for new mums 6 weeks after a natural birth, or 8 weeks after a c-section. Please also ensure that you have had your 6/8 week postnatal check before attending class. Other family members are welcome too! 

Baby Blossoms Parent and Baby Yoga
One hour of yoga for you and baby. Enjoy some time with your body and your baby after welcoming your little one into the world!

Benefits of Parent and Baby Yoga
Rebuild and tone the muscles throughout your body, including your upper body, abdominals, pelvic floor and back muscles.
We can also improve your sleep, and provide you with relaxation techniques to use at home.
You will also meet other new mums, local to the area. You're most welcome to attend from 6 weeks after delivery to your little ones crawling.

When Attending Class
Please bring a yoga mat and some water, and wear clothes you can easily move in. Please also bring baby anything you feel that would keep them entertained (toys, books, etc) while we do some you-yoga!

Price Information
£9.50 per class

If you’re unable to make one class in the term then that class will be credited back to your TeamUp account, ready to use in the following term/in a Hatha yoga class.
