Benefits of Pregnancy Yoga
Relieve tension in the body. Calm the mind. Increase stamina and strength. Improve sleep. Reduce aches and pains experienced during pregnancy. Meet other local mums to be. Birth preparation.
 
When Attending Class
Please bring a yoga mat, wear clothes that you're able to easily move in, and bring a blanket for padding and a pillow for your relaxation, and some water.

£9 per class

If you’re unable to make one class in the term then that class will be credited back to your TeamUp account, ready to use in the following term/in Mum and Baby Yoga.
