With over 7 years experience in coaching beginners, we are expertly placed to guide you through your Olympic Weightlifting journey.

Sign up to our 'Beginners Weightlifting' course today and learn to lift under the watchful eye of a certified coach. We'll start right at the beginning and take you through the foundations of Olympic Weightlifting, step by step. A small group setting will ensure that you'll have a personalised experience while you're guided through our progressive beginner's training programme.

By the end of your time with us, you'll have learnt the fundamentals of the snatch and clean and jerk, meaning you'll be fully equipped to take your next steps in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting.
