This single session pass is valid for Energy Gym sessions and C2 classes only and does not include access to Member PODs. The pass is valid for one month from the date of purchase. Sessions must be pre-booked, and cancellations must be made at least one hour before the session start time. If you are unable to attend and do not cancel within this time frame, the session will be deducted from your pack and no refund will be issued. This pass is not valid for Personal Training, Gym Inductions, CrossFit, or HYROX.
Member PODs are single-person training spaces used for warm-ups, cool-downs, and specific barbell movements. PODs are not available for group training and may be booked separately at a cost of £15 per hour.
