Single session, valid for Energy Gym Sessions and/or Classes. This membership doesn't give you access to 'no share' member pods - just general gym usage. PODs can be booked separately - £10 per hour. If you want to use no-share pods on a regular basis, opt for a Monthly or Flexible Membership.Pack is valid for 1 months from date of purchase.
Please note that if you pre-book cancellation for sessions is 5 minutes before the session begins. If you can't attend and don't cancel your pack will be debited.
NB - this pack is not valid for Personal Training, inductions or CrossFit. If you want access to our Energy Gym Training App you need to opt for a Monthly or Flexible Membership.
