4 sessions per week - total body strength focus with some core training and conditioning lasting approximately 45-60 minutes in length.
Optional 5th session for those that want extra - this will be a 30-40 minute conditioning session to work solely on your fitness.
Basic knowledge of exercise movements - ideally experience with barbell movements (Squat, Deadlift, Bench press, Strict/Push press). However there are options for those who do not have barbell experience/do not have access to barbells.
Plans will be sent out via email on a weekly basis/Sunday of every week.
