This is a free trial class for and Juniors. Please arrive 10 minutes before the session starts where one of our instructors will greet you. The instructor will guide you throughout your session, answer any questions you may have, keep an eye on you to make sure you are training safely and having fun. Please note your free trial class is vailed for 30 days and can only be redeemed once.

Our Senior boxing classes run Tuesday and Thursday 8-9m the membership allows access to both every week

This subscription gives you access to 2 classes a week.

Monday and wednesday 4-5pm for 5-11 year olds
