Mama & Baba Class
At last a mama & baba class!!!
A social for you and your baby whilst you build back strength and flexibility that may have been lost during pregnancy. Please bring your own:- mats, pillows, cushions, blankets and any toys. Mama's must be minimum 8 weeks postpartum and have a signed doctors agreement that they are safe to exercise. If you have had a c-section, you may need to wait 12 weeks before exercise but as as long as you have doctors approval that’s fine :)
