One on One Yoga Coaching is a really great way to improve your understanding of the cues given in postures by the teacher. We can look at how any posture works within your body, offering advice and modifications or alternatives. Having confidence in the postures you undertake can be the most valuable asset whilst on the mat.
It's also a really great way for beginners to gain confidence, somewhere they can ask questions to broaden their understanding.
Scheduling can be arranged around a time that works for both student and teacher.

On Demand - Serenity Series Yoga Class

The emphasise of Core Yoga is to build strength from within using postures that challenge alignment and integrate the entire body into a movement or structure. Expect a lot of downward “dawgs”, planks, arm based postures, abdominal work and sweaty bodies.

Dynamic Hatha classes, offer a slowly paced dynamic stretch using carefully sequenced postures. This will create heat in the body and leave you feeling stronger and well balanced.
