MA Strength Seminar (2 days)

MA strength seminar is a 2 day event, each day will be around 8 hours long with a short lunch break.

Day 1:
Learn fundamental movements of Snatch emphasized in Chinese Weightlifting philosophy, there is a total of 8 movements to learn that build the foundation for Snatch.
The beginning of the day will introduce you to the theoretical side of Chinese Weightlifting philosophy and aims to educate you on the practices and why they are practiced.

Day 2:
Learn the 12 fundamental movements for Clean + Jerk, following a similar structure to day 1. Beginning of the day will again educate about the practices and reasons why it is taught how it is.

Both days will be very practical base with lectures at the beginning of each day.
