This short course is ideal for anyone who wants the reassurance that they are lifting correctly and in the most effective way. 

Over 4 weeks you will be shown which exercises are the best to do, and how to do them in a way that suits you.

We welcome men and women of any age and fitness level, even if you have never lifted any weights before.
