Olympic Weightlifting Course for 13-16 years

This is a brand new course that will give your child the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of Olympic Weightlifting i.e. the snatch and clean and jerk.

We may also cover other strength movements, such as squat and deadlift, to help give the children a good foundational level of strength to support the Olympic lifts.

Each session will be 45 minutes long and is led by Annie who is a Level 3 qualified British Weightlifting Coach.

The 7-week course is £49 (£7 per session). Payments are non-refundable and unfortunately cannot be carried over to future terms.
