Weightlifting Course for 12-14 years

Our weightlifting sessions will give your child the unique opportunity to learn and practice the fundamental movements of Weightlifting.

Not only is weightlifting safe for young people, it is highly beneficial in developing strong bones and muscles, as well as improving athletic performance in other sports such as football and athletics. Plus, it's fun!

Each session will be 45 minutes long and is led by a Level 2 qualified British Weightlifting Coach.
