Intro to Strength Training
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 60 days.
This 8 week course will teach you the foundations of progressive strength training to build muscle and bone. In a relaxed Womens only atmosphere we will have a warm up and cool down and then learn techniques of lifting weights.

Our body is constantly adapting. As we get older, muscle mass decreases, and yet if we challenge the body we can gain muscle at any age.

In this course you will learn technique and how to progressively load the body by lifting weights.
