Family Yoga & Mindfullness

Spend an hour with your child(ren) of nursery or primary school age and learn yoga poses, partner poses, fun games, breathing practices and mindfulness techniques.

The emphasis is having family fun with a guided relaxation at the end so we all leave feeling relaxed. This course is absolutely suitable for all abilities.
