4 sessions per week. Your lifting is programmed by your Odin coaches, and you have the flexibility to choose your own conditioning workouts and your own choice of timings. Book into any session marked Strength or Bridge where you'll be coached through your session, or for the ultimate in flexibility book into any Open Gym and work through your plan with just help where you need it.

STRENGTH @ ODIN
New Members - Please get in touch to book your one to one sessions with a coach BEFORE booking further timeslots.

Barbell based training, designed to increase maximal strength and power. Individually programmed. Includes 1 to 1 start up sessions and all ongoing analysis and assessment. Achieve more with support and guidance every time you lift! Ideal for athletes looking to improve sports performance & make themselves injury proof, and gym goers who want to get stronger.

ODIN Gold - S&C 4 x weekly
Fit your workouts into any Conditioning session, or book into an open gym slot at a time to suit you.
This covers any 4 sessions per week.

ODIN Black - S&C Unlimited
Unlimited access to every conditioning class on our timetable PLUS open access to open gym if you'd rather fit your workout in in your own time.

ODIN Silver - S&C 3 x weekly
Fit your workouts into any Conditioning session, or book into an open gym slot at a time to suit you. This covers any 3 sessions per week.

ODIN Bronze - S&C 2 x weekly
Fit your workouts into any Conditioning session, or book into an open gym slot at a time to suit you. This covers any 2 sessions per week.

STUDENT MEMBERSHIP
Discounted option available for any student in full time education, and can be used for ANY Odin Membership.
Contact us to discuss what option is best for you, or to book into your one to one coached sessions for Bridge or Strength.
Valid matriculation card/documentation will be required.

ODIN Open Gym Membership
Open Gym is exactly what it says on the tin. Use the gym during any ‘open gym’ session to reach your goals.
