When purchasing this package you will be sent a set up pack with information and a guide of what to do next. We will arrange a set up appointment where we will lay out the plan for you, discuss goals and take an assessment of where you are right now. From this appointment your nutrition plan will be built and a further pack of information will be sent to you. From here we will arrange a check-in appointment for two weeks into your plan. This can be in person or a call. Then we will arrange another full assessment four weeks into your plan. From this point you can decide if you wish to continue with a monthly plan at £40 per month which will include progress checks including training performance, check-ins and monthly full assessments.Email office@crossfit57north.co.uk when you purchase this pack to arrange set up appointments
