Foundations Package includes 3 course sessions plus 6 additional class sessions. Course sessions do not need to be completed in order. Once they are all completed you can then take out a regular membership and attend any of our classes. Foundation sessions run on Thursday evenings and Saturday afternoons. With this package the course sessions can be booked into directly through our schedule.The 6 additional sessions can be used for limited classes before the course is complete. Availability of these classes are dependent on our programme and we can book you into these. Any session not used once the course is complete can then be used for any of our classes.
