ATA Virtual Class
Train form the comfort of your own home!
Our virtual classes are fully coached and delivered to you via the zoom platform. You will train with other ATA members, so even though you are solo at home, your teammates and coaches are with you, keeping you motivated every step of the way.

Classes vary and consist of Hiit, functional fitness, strength and conditioning and cardio.

No two classes are the same, keeping it interesting for you. You will also always have the choice of using a resistance object or just your bodyweight.

No one misses out!

Virtual 12 Week Exercise and Nutrition
Working from the comfort of your own home, without worrying about babysitters, losing time travelling etc.

Once signed up you can go to the calendar and book on to the zoom classes available

Workouts can be done with anything you can grab, whether its a loaded back pack or a couple of water bottles.

You also receive nutrition advice and guide which you will then make your own and run with.

You will upload your weights, measurements and photos fortnightly to the app for the 12 weeks so that all changes can be recorded and looked back on

Once signed up, you will receive a log in and password for the app and access to the Facebook group

Everything will be explained prior to start so you have all the tools you need to smash your goals!

ATA 1-1 Virtual Fitness and nutrition coaching
First of all, what is remote coaching?

Remote coaching has all the benefits of your in-person personal trainer and more but without the time restriction of having to meet with your PT at set times and days of the week.

Also at a fraction of the cost of seeing your in-person PT each week.

Our 1 to 1 service consists of
Nutrition guidance and planning to suit your goal.
Exercise and training programs to suit your needs.
Email and message support to help keep you on track and accountable.
Weekly progress check-ins to assess and adjust your program.
Private Whatsapp group with our lovely current members.
Dedicated training app to deliver everything you may need and keep it saved for later.
Monthly recipe packs filled with new meal ideas, so you always have something new to try.
Exercise technique and movement analysis to help you improve your form and exercise efficiency.

10 Session 1-1 Block
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 3 months.
Block of 10 1-1 personal training sessions either in person at one of our training facility in Barnsley and Wakefield or virtual through the Zoom platform.
