Learn to spin on a Cyr Wheel!
The wheel is a little unwieldy, and through fun exercises in how to handle and control it, you will get your head around the physics of a circle.
We'll look at animal walks and physical warm ups so we all have a common language of our bodies in different position. We'll also spin. Spin, Spin, Spin. There's no other way to develop a resistance to motion sickness...
