This is an 11 week course in Circus Conditioning for All Levels

September 25th - December 11th

1 week break for October mid-term Oct 26th - Nov 1st

Wanna get stronger to advance more in your circus disciplines? Or maybe your just looking to improve your general strength, this class will get your body ready and strong, circus style, It will focus on dedicated exercises to help you advance in aerial, acrobatics, handstands and get better core, arms, leg and even those tiny muscles you didn't know existed that will help transform your practise.

What to expect from the classes:

Joint & mobility warm up, 30 mins circuit workout, hanging on aerial equipment for drills, handstands, training equal push and pull muscles. Abs blaster

What Should You Bring?

Be prepared to sweat, layers, maybe a towel.
