Workshop Details
This is for anyone who dreamed off trying aerial for the first time or just wants to dangle in the air.
We will create a supportive workshop for anyone who would like to try aerial for the first time.
The workshop will be a creative workshop where we will look a fun movement warm ups and bringing this movement to the air.

What Should You Bring?
Training pants and long sleeve top and a warm jumper.
Circus Factory has a microwave, kettle and small kitchen. The Marina Market Food Hall is also just across the road.

About Giulia Pasquale and Linda Cullen
Giulia and Linda have been teaching cocoon for a few years now at Circus Factory Cork. We are both delighted to teach again a specialised class to Adults. This class with be dance based warm up and looking forward to seeing how we can expand this to the air.
