This workshop is a dance-based workshop on aerial cocoon. We will be weaving choreography to create a routine which then can be adapted to your own style of movement. This is for participants who can invert from the air.

About Giulia Pasquale and Linda Cullen
Giulia and Linda have been teaching cocoon for a few years now at Circus Factory Cork. We are both delighted to teach again a specialised class to Adults. This class with be dance based warm up and looking forward to seeing how we can expand this to the air.
