We’ll cater to all levels, from beginners to experienced aerialists, with curated warm-ups, conditioning techniques, and progressions that guide you to your first inversion. For those looking to refine dynamic beats and flares, we’ll provide safe, educated methods to clean up technique and build confidence across supported and vertical apparatus. Come learn the tools, tips, and tricks to elevate your practice!

About the Coaches
Chloé – The lifelong Academic
Achieving her Masters in Circus at the world famous DOCH university, Stockholm where she taught, as well as at NICA uni in Melbourne and CNAC in Challons, Paris. Chloé pioneered Ireland's first weekly aerial classes back in 2006.
With a lifelong full time career in dance and circus, spanning 25 countries and 26 years, her teaching focusses now are: accessibility, extension of line, ease of movement, intelligent use of mechanics and broadening ones variety of artistic expression. Chloé developed "Aerial barre", as a type of component mechanics training system, like Pilates for aerial.
Giulia – Dynamic Powerhouse
Straddle beats, bell beats, flares—Giulia makes them look effortless and will teach you how to do the same. With 10+ years of experience, she’s all about power, precision, and keeping you injury-free while you fly.
Jordan – Aerial Arts Veteran
From circus stages to championship podiums, Jordan has done it all. She’ll take you from your first inversion to advanced aerial tricks with the perfect mix of artistry, strength, and world-class technique.
Brenda – The Technique Whisperer
Brenda is your go-to for clean lines and strong foundations. Her superpower? Creating a safe, supportive space while helping you build strength and nail those inversions at your own pace.
