You can expect to learn some movements to increase mobility and strength in a fun way. Think gymnastics without perfectionism or a competitive nature. This is your opportunity to relive your childhood or freshen up on moves you haven't taken to the floor in years. Think cartwheels, handstands, going upside down, tumbles and lots of lengthy warmups and conditioning including some calming practices like yoga to warm and wind down to bring down that adrenaline before you step back into your life outside of this fun space.
What to expect in your Circus Gymnastics Class
Tumbles, bridges (wheel pose), the fundamentals of acrobatics/gymnastics with lots of different ways to do each move. Did you know a cartwheel does not have to look one way?
Are there any pre-requirements to attend?
Just bring yourself and preferably no major injuries. This isn't intended to be heavy impact but body weight exercises will be used throughout putting weight into parts of the body you may not be used to. Everyone is welcome!
What Should You Bring?
Tight clothing is helpful to avoid t-shirts falling over heads etc. Something you can stretch and move in is ideal. No jeans.

In the event that Circus Factory requires to cancel a class at any time, all registered users will be fully reimbursed.
