What to expect in your hula hoop class:

This is a hula hoop class that will build on any experience you might have or introduce you to a whole new hula hooping world. Gracie will bring completely different styles and will cover all the bases from on-body tricks to flow to doubles. Whatever your level, we will help bring your inner hooper out to the world.

What Should You Bring?

Clothing should be comfortable and fitted. Students should avoid clothing that is exceptionally baggy.
