Coming from the playful and accessible roots of AcroYoga, Alan & Mary love exploring the creativity, connection, and flow that Acro brings. Their classes offer a balance of challenge and accessibility, with plenty of progressions to help you grow at your own pace.
What to Expect in Your AcroYoga Class
Are you ready to take your Acro practice to the next level? In this course, the focus is on L-basing, transitions, and flows—the building blocks that allow you and your partner to move smoothly and creatively from one shape to another.
You’ll learn how to link poses into sequences, explore creative pathways between positions, and discover the joy of moving together in flow.
Each class will introduce new transitions and combinations while revisiting the foundations, ensuring you leave with both confidence and inspiration for your Acro practice.
Who is this for?
This is an intermediate-level class—some experience with AcroYoga is expected. A foundation in L-basing (e.g. bird, throne, star, shoulderstand) will be beneficial, as well as a little experience in standing partner acrobatics.
What Should You Bring?
Comfortable, fitted clothing (avoid loose or slippery fabrics)
A willingness to play, learn, and support others
