Looking for a space to grow your Acroyoga practice while connecting with others? Our Guided Acroyoga
Jam blends the best of both worlds – a bit of structure to help you develop your skills, and plenty of time
to explore, play, and practice.

Each session begins with a guided warm-up and skill-focused segment, where our facilitator introduces
drills, progressions, and safety tips tailored to the group. Afterwards, enjoy open jam time to refine
poses, experiment with new transitions, and flow with different partners at your own pace.

This jam is ideal for those attending classes or who’ve tried Acroyoga before and want more time to
practice, but curious first-timers are welcome too – we’ll help you ease in and get moving.

No partner required – just bring your energy, curiosity, and sense of play!

What to expect in your AcroYoga Class:

1) Time to Practice Beyond Class – Get extra time to work on postures, transitions, and flows you’ve
learned in class.
2) Learn New Skills – Explore example postures and creative flows introduced by a facilitator to expand
your Acroyoga toolkit.
3) Safe, Supportive Environment – Practise with spotters and guidance so you can progress with
confidence.
4) Meet and Collaborate with Others – Connect with a friendly community of people who love to move,
play, and create together.
5) Build Strength, Balance, and Confidence – Improve your physical skills while having fun and
experimenting with new challenges.

Are there any prerequisites to attend?

None!

These workshops are geared towards people attending the weekly classes or with some experience in acro but we won't turn someone away if they show up without prior experience. We would do our best to match them with people of the closest skill level and provide more supervision and instruction as needed.
