Workshop Details

A workshop tailored to building a solid flexibility foundation and practice that can supplement dance, aerial, or acrobatic training and performance. Increase your range of motion with active and passive flexibility drills pulled from different disciplines such as dance, rhythmic gymnastics, and contortion. We will focus on total body flexibility from head to toe with attention paid to each individual’s body and flexibility needs.

This workshop will provide pathways towards improving and/or gaining your square splits, oversplits, middle splits, bridges, forearm bridges, scorpion, penche, and leg scales.
