Intro to Juggling | September - December, 2025

This is a 12 week course in Introduction to Juggling
 

September 18th- December 11th, 2025
No class the week of October 27th - Nov 2nd due to bank holiday

In intro to juggling we will work on our hand eye coordination, starting with one ball to help get familiar with throwing and catching and different variations of those throws and catches. We will play juggling games to help make these drills more fun. As the term progresses, we will add more juggling balls and tricks as we build confidence. We will work on solo juggling patterns as well as partner juggling patterns. 

What to Expect in Your Intro to Juggling Class

A typical class would start with a stretch and a game, spend some time working on our coordination. I will then lead people to try different throws and catches with one ball as it helps build the muscle memory without the panic of having multiple balls in the air at once. We will give a go to partner juggling each week and try different patterns to keep it interesting.

For Who

It would be aimed at beginners learning to juggle for the first time or those that kind of know how it works but want to get their juggling more consistent 

Are there any pre-requirements to attend?

No experience necessary, just willingness to try
 

What Should You Bring?

Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated and wear something comfortable that you are happy to stretch in.

Circus Factory has a small kitchen to refill your water.
