Aerial Playground: Conditioning Circuit

Your favourite Summertime Aerial Conditioning is back again at Circus Factory. Some call it torture, while others (the coach) call it fun. Either way, it fills up every summer, so book your spot soon!
 

Aerial Playground Details:

Meant to hit you hard and fast, this conditioning class is designed to keep your strength levels up over the summer, putting you through your paces and increasing fitness across the board. A built in warm up and cool-down ensures your body safely gets the most from your workout. 

Who is this class for?

Aimed towards students and professionals who have familiarity with at least one aerial apparatus.
 

Are there any prerequisites to attend?

Ability to invert from the ground and safely get into an aerial apparatus without spotting is essential.

We will use various aerial apparatuses, so this is a great way to get a feel for the one you may be curious about!

What Should You Bring?
Long tight clothing, no jewellery, no zippers.

Circus Factory has a microwave, kettle and small kitchen.

Day: Mondays June 23rd - August 18th 
Time: 6.30PM - 8PM
Suitable for ages: 18+
Price:  8 weeks €140 or €20* per session

There is no class on July 14th due to the Irish Aerial Dance Festival.
The class that is meant to be on August 4th (bank hol) is moved to Tuesday, August 5th instead

Payment Plan

Pay in full or you can purchase a training pass if booking the full course. You will pay a portion of the cost up front and the remainder over the next months of the course. To use the training pass on the course, in the checkout, you will select your training pass instead of entering your card details.
