This is an 8 week course in Trapeze for Beginners and Improvers

May 2nd - June 20th

This class is suitable for those who have never done trapeze or aerial before!

The class is also open to those students who have done a couple of terms of trapeze class, or have another aerial practice and want to learn trapeze technique.

What to expect in your Trapeze for Mixed Levels Class:
In this class we will cover introduction to trapeze technique starting with how to get up on it and moving through beginners level technique.
We will work towards sequencing and choreography with the material we have learned as the base.
The more familiar students will also look towards expanding and developing on technique repertoire.

Are there any pre-requirements to attend?
For those with some experience, class will be divided into two skill levels as needed.

What Should You Bring?
Comfortable clothes you can move in, not very loose.
No rings, bracelets, necklaces, scarves or dangling earings.

Do bring a water bottle and a jumper to layer for warmth.
And a notebook if that helps you in learning
