This is an 8 week course in Trapeze for Advanced Levels

April 29th - June 17th 2025

What to expect in your Trapeze for Advanced Levels Class:
In this class, we will explore more advanced sequencing and technique in Trapeze.
Throughout the course we will look at the techniques of dynamics, drops, rolls and rope work.
We will also develop sequences incorporating our new technique.

Are there any pre-requirements to attend?
Students need to be able to invert in the air.
Clean pike and straddle.
Clean up & over to front balance.

What Should You Bring?
Comfortable clothes you can move in, not very loose.
No rings, bracelets, necklaces, scarves or dangling earrings.

Do bring a water bottle and a jumper to layer for warmth.
And a notebook if that helps you in learning.
