Trapeze - Beginners and Advanced Beginners

This is a 6 week course in Trapeze for Mixed Levels

November 5th - December 10th, 2024

Students will be led through conditioning and core technique on and off the bar and the group will start to explore more detailed positions and sequences on the apparatus. Each session will include a floor warm-up and cool-down stretches.

Aerial is a great way to improve strength, agility, coordination and flexibility in this fun but also nicely challenging class. Please wear comfortable clothes you can move well in, tracksuits/sweatpants work well but not too loose.

This course is suitable to all levels, no experience necessary.

What to expect in your Trapeze for Mixed Levels Class:
Over these weeks, beginners will learn the basics of trapeze - like getting up into it, basic principles and simpler tricks>

More experienced students will focus on revisiting technique, adding new technique to their practice and building strength.

Are there any pre-requirements to attend?
No experience necessary, beginner friendly. Non-beginners also welcome!

What Should You Bring?
Clothes you can move in, preferably without zips.
No Jewellery.
