Aerial Technique 12 Week Course

This is a 12 week course in technique development for advanced beginners and up

September 17th - December 10th, 2024
1 week break for October mid-term Oct 28th - Nov 3rd)

If you've always wanted to know more about entering equipment with a spin, what to engage and when for easier dynamic movements, or how to target specific areas for conditioning then this class is for you!
Those looking to upskill in aerial technique overall should also check out this class, as well as those with specific nuanced technical goals.

What to expect in your Aerial Technique Class:
Multi-apparatus technical development in Aerial.
Focus of the class is on building a strong and broad understanding of aerial technique.

Students will use a variety of apparatus to improve understanding and application of techniques.
The class is open level and discipline, but you must have a foundation of understanding or practice of the body moving on equiment in the air.

We will deep dive into different areas of technique in each class. 
For example; inversions, spinning, rolls, dyanmics, effective conditioining, hip keys and beats to name a few.

Are there any pre-requirements to attend?
Some experience/awareness of the body moving on equipment.
Advanced Beginners/Improvers and up

What Should You Bring?
Comfortable clothes you can move in, not baggy or too loose. Layers advised.
Bring a bottle of water 
(and a notebook for those of you so inclined)
