Acrobatics - Term Three 2024

Each class will take a fundamental movement as a focus, the class will deal with the necessary prep work, including the specific strength and flexibility requirements.

We will then scale and explore the focus of the class as we start with simpler versions and build up to more complexity before working on sequencing and exploring more creativity in your acrobatic practice.

Over time we'll develop greater fluency in acrobatics and learn how to improvise and bring more creativity to how you move.
